Service

You have paid for an Online Workshop from myself (Charlotte Hogarth from Benefiting Birth and Beyond Pty Ltd ACN 625 283 534 ). While I am a Registered Midwife and happy to discuss any aspect of your care or pregnancy with you, I do not have access to your medical records and am not an official Care Provider, so all advise needs to be considered and discussed with your appropriate care providers to deem whether it is relevant for yourself. I also encourage you to always do your own research on all aspects of your care and am happy to discuss this research with you or assist you with this at any time.
As part of the Online Workshop we discuss birth planning. For more in depth discussion regarding birth planning, a Birth Planning session should be purchased.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to access of content.
Access is lifetime for yourself and your partner to access in preparation for the births of your babies.
This access is NOT to be shared with anyone else. Failure to adhere to this condition will result in immediate lock out from the program and no future access to content and forfeit of any additional benefits of program (Facebook Group, face to face appointments).

Change of Mind

If you change your mind and decide the course is not for you, a refund will be issued only in the event you have had access for less than 3 days.
No refunds will be provided after 3rd day access of content. I am sure you understand that my intellectual property is very important to me and this program has taken considerable time and effort to put together.

Feedback/Testimonial

I ask that all couples of all services provide a facebook testimonial, by doing so you give permission for me to copy this testimonial word for word to the website for display there also. I also ask that couples provide their birth story. For couples who consent, I also display this on the website for other families to see the positive birth experience they can also experience. No feedback, birth story, photos or correspondence will be displayed or shared without express consent from the couple.
No correspondence, materials, additional handouts or information is to be shared outside of the course with other potential clients, family or personnel. This information is to be shared with your health providers and birth team only.
